Segway City Center

About this experience

It is a fabulous tour that will take you to a lot of different interesting sites. Have a quick introduction to Time Out Market street-food concept, ride through the down town area, enjoy the sightseeing from Parque Eduardo VII garden and feel the Chiado’s fancy atmosphere.
Be amazed with the Arco do Triunfo at Augusta Street, built after the 1755 earthquake. Admire the traditional Calçada Portuguesa and the splendid stores and buildings at Liberty Avenue.
Watch the Eiffel “pupil” lift (Santa Justa lift) with more than 100 years, just next to Rossio square. Walk in to the hidden cultural house of Alentejo.
As we get around in the City Centre, you will discover the oldest restaurant in town, the oldest brewery in the country and the oldest bookshop in the world. Yes! You can see all that and even some other old traditional stores, like the “Ginjinha” sweet liqueur shop, the salty cod fish house and the national bakery. We also take a peek at the tinny scary doll hospital, LOL.
