Itinerary and highlights
San Martin Square and Historic Center:
Short stop to admire the French-style architecture of this iconic square opened on the centenary of independence
Plaza de Armas and Monuments:
Walk guided by the tatter of the union towards the Plaza Mayor. You will learn about the history behind the Government Palace, the Lima Cathedral with its Archbishop’s Palace and the Municipal Palace from the outside.
San Francisco Museum and Catacombs (Included) :
We will enter this majestic 17th century convent. You will tour its famous library and descend to the underground crypts that served as a cemetery in colonial times.
Panoramic view of Huaca Pucllana, located in the centuries-old Parque del Olivar :
On the way to the coast, we will make a stop to observe from the vehicle this impressive pyramidal adobe structure built in the fifth century AD.
Park of Love (Miraflores) :
We finish the walking tour of the Malecón de Miraflores. Free time for photos in the sculpture "The Kiss" and to enjoy the panoramic view of the Bay of Lima.
