You will receive your confirmed pick-up time and location the day before your tour via email, Viator's App or WhatsApp. Private Tours with Minibus For private groups travelling by minibus, pick-up locations are subject to Porto City Council regulations, which restrict access to certain areas of the city centre. Please provide your hotel or accommodation address when booking. Our team will arrange the most convenient authorised pick-up location. Important Information If you are asked to select a pick-up location during booking, please choose the one closest to your accommodation. Our team will confirm the final pick-up arrangements before your tour.

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

• Parents should bring the baby car seat ajusted to infant's age (1 to 3 years old). We only have seats available after 4 years old.
• This tour it's done in a private vehicle only with your private guide. The vineyards and rest of the locations are shared with other participants.
• For lunch we provide meet, fish, vegan and vegetarian option.
• Reschedulings with less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be charged a 30% fee (subject to availability).
• We do not recommend that you book or schedule different activities at the end of the tour. Although the tour may last 9/10 hours, the duration may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors.
• Please be aware that the activities which we visit, such as vineyards, restaurants, etc, are subject to 3rd party availability and other groups/participants may be with the your group during the experience.
• Schedules and Itinerary may change without prior notice.
• Please make sure that you have breakfast. Keep in mind that we probably will only stop at the first activity. We may not have time to make a pit stop before arriving to the first vineyard.
