Scenic Drive Toward Peso da Régua via the N222
After the morning wine experience, continue toward the Douro Valley through a scenic transition. The landscape gradually shifts into a more defined river-valley setting as the route approaches Peso da Régua.
Arrive in Peso da Régua, one of the main gateways to the Douro Valley. Enjoy a calm, low-effort orientation walk by the river, with views of the valley, quayside atmosphere and a clear sense of the Douro’s connection to wine and river transport.
