Itinerary and highlights

The Miradouro de Santa Luzia has a wide view of Alfama and the Tagus River. The characteristic points, from left to right, are the dome of Santa Engrácia, the Church of Santo Estêvão and the two white towers of the Church of São Miguel

The Cathedral of Saint Mary Major (Portuguese: Santa Maria Maior de Lisboa or Sé-Catedral Metropolitana Patriarcal de Santa Maria Maior de Lisboa), often called Lisbon Cathedral or simply the Sé (Sé de Lisboa), is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the oldest church in the city, built in 1147. The cathedral has survived many earthquakes and has been modified, renovated and restored several times, resulting in a mix of different architectural styles. It is the seat of the Patriarchate of Lisbon, and has been classified as a National Monument since 1910

Located in Largo das Portas do Sol, hence its name, bordering the Azurara Palace, where the Ricardo Espírito Santo Silva Foundation is installed, it is a privileged balcony on the hill of São Vicente and one of the most scenic points of the city. From there we see the Churches of São Miguel and Santo Estêvão, the Church and Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, the labyrinthine Bairro de Alfama, with its winding streets and alleys, courtyards and alleys, staircases and unevenness, which extend to the Tagus River

The viewpoint develops in front of the Chapel of Nossa Senhora do Monte. From there you can see, to the south, the Straw Sea, the Castle of São Jorge, part of the Downtown of Lisbon and the Dorio Tagus estuary, to the west, from Bairro Alto to the Monsanto Forest Park and, to the north, the valley of Avenida Almirante Reis

The Church and Monastery of São Vicente de Fora is located in the historic neighborhood of São Vicente, in the city and District of Lisbon, in Portugal

The steep streets of Alfama, one of Lisbon’s oldest areas, are lined with shops selling traditional crafts and cafes. Passengers pack the historic no. 28 tram, which winds through Alfama on its way up to 11th-century São Jorge Castle. Views from Miradouro da Graça terrace stretch over the city to the River Tagus. In the evening, melancholy Fado music can be heard in some of the area's long-running restaurants.

LXFactory is a commercial and artistic space in the city of Lisbon. Located in the Alcântara neighborhood, a former industrial zone of the Portuguese capital, the structure was renovated in 2008 and today represents innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship, with industrial inspiration

The Jerónimos Monastery is a former monastery of the Order of Saint Jerome near the Tagus river in the parish of Belém, in the Lisbon Municipality, Portugal. It became the necropolis of the Portuguese royal dynasty of Aviz in the 16th century but was secularized on 28 December 1833 by state decree and its ownership transferred to the charitable institution, Real Casa Pia de Lisboa

Belem tower, officially the Tower of Saint Vincent is a 16th-century fortification located in Lisbon that served as a point of embarkation and disembarkation for Portuguese explorers and as a ceremonial gateway to Lisbon. This tower symbolizes Portugal's maritime and colonial power in early modern Europe.

The Monument of the Discoveries is a monument on the northern bank of the Tagus River estuary, in the civil parish of Santa Maria de Belém, Lisbon. Located along the river where ships departed to explore and trade with India and the Orient, the monument celebrates the Portuguese Age of Discovery during the 15th and 16th centuries
