Meet your guide in the garden of “O Seu Café”, Largo de São Pedro, Faro. Your guide will welcome the group and explain the itinerary before you set off by van towards Benagil.
Depart from the meeting point in Faro and travel by van to the Benagil area, where your guided exploration of the coast on foot begins.
Explore the Benagil area on foot with your guide. View the natural opening of Benagil Cave from above and admire the cliffs and coastal scenery, with stops for photographs. This is a land-based visit, with no boat trip or entry inside the cave.
Travel by van from the Benagil area to Algar Seco in Carvoeiro, where you will continue exploring the Algarve’s coastal rock formations.
Discover Algar Seco on a guided walk. Explore rock formations, passages and natural openings overlooking the Atlantic. The route includes steps and uneven terrain, with stops to enjoy the scenery and take photographs.
Travel by van from Algar Seco to Marinha Beach, the final stop before returning to Faro.

Return by van from Marinha Beach to Faro. The tour ends at the same meeting point where it began, in Largo de São Pedro.
Meeting and pickup information
- Meet your guide in the garden of “O Seu Café”, Largo de São Pedro, Faro. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Your guide will wear a white, blue or black T-shirt with the Xtours Algarve logo. Look for a white and grey Volkswagen Transporter van with the company logo on the back.
