About this experience
The Municipality of Mafra has 11 kilometers of coastline and 12 beaches, most of which are located in the picturesque fishing village of Ericeira, one of the highlights of this tour.
Conceived as a realization of a vow to God, the Palace of Mafra, you will be stupefaction by the vast complex includes a huge monastery, an ornate basilica and a grand library that contains over 36000 ancient books and its own colony of bats.

Itinerary and highlights
Start your day driving to the amazed by the scale of the sumptuous baroque Mafra National Palace, with its 220-meter-long façade, 1200 rooms, and 4700 doors and windows. We will visit the palace in 1H and driving the other hour from Lisbon to Mafra on the away we will pass on the largest bridge in the Europe.
